Close the gaps data can't reach.
Observation reveals patterns. Interviews reveal intent. Aria conducts short, consent-driven conversations — transcribed live, redacted per-quote, and linked to the open questions Aria is trying to close.
Interviews feel voluntary because they are. Every step is opt-in, every quote is redactable, and nothing leaves the conversation without the interviewee's approval.
Interviewees stay in control.
Informed consent
Interviewee sees: who's requesting (name + role), the topic and expected duration, sample questions, and the specific unknown this interview is trying to close. They can decline with one click — no follow-up.
Per-quote controls
Live transcript updates as the conversation happens. Any statement can be marked: on-the-record, redact-identity, paraphrase-only, or off-record. The interviewee sees exactly what Aria will take away.
Artifact approval
Before the interview closes, the interviewee reviews Aria's 2–4 proposed findings and the headline quote. They can request edits, remove findings, or reject the entire artifact.
Right to be forgotten
An interviewee can revoke consent at any time, even weeks after the interview. All findings and quotes are removed from Aria's belief panel within 24 hours.
Interviews, engineered for consent.
Opt-in by default
No one is interviewed without explicit consent. Topic, duration, and quote-handling policy shown before they start.
Per-quote control
Every statement can be redacted, paraphrased, or marked off-record. Interviewee approves the final artifact before it's shared.
Live, editable, private
Live transcript during the interview. Can edit or request clarification. Raw audio is never stored — only the approved written record.
Four-tone sentiment
Aria tags each interview: positive, neutral, candid, or concerned. Observable tone, useful for weighting findings.
Unknowns → findings
Every finding traces to the specific open question it closes. The belief panel shows which unknowns resolved and which remain.
Artifact-first
Completed interviews become shareable artifacts: quote + findings + sentiment + linked unknown. Export as PDF or integrate into Notion.
From active engagements.
Aggregate metrics across 14 Corvana assessments. Every interview consented, transcribed, redacted, and linked to an unknown.
I was skeptical about being interviewed by an AI. But by minute five it felt more like a thoughtful listener than a survey. And I got to review every word before it left the conversation.
